The theme is interesting and relevant; the acting is a bit melodramatic. In fact that seems to be the style from 40/50 years ago and it hasn’t changed…where is the subtlety? ……..AND the music; using music for “dramatic” effect whilst OK in a village puppet show is not always appropriate in a tv drama

me neither i don’t like saas bahu serials. actually jhansi lakshmi bai is my inspiration since my childhood. I use to read her life stories. she is ordinary girl become an extraordinary ruler.Her defiance against the British is an exemplary even today.
i kind of like this show . i love the fact it focues of girl power not like every other drama with sass-bahu fights. i gets tired of seeing the same person dealing with millions of problems or sass treating bhau like servents.
